Terms of Service

Welcome to Kleet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Kleet (“Kleet”, “we”, “us”), operated from Pennsylvania, USA. By creating an account or using Kleet, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Kleet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kleet. If you use Kleet for any activity that has a legal age requirement in your jurisdiction (such as placing bets through a third-party sportsbook), you must meet that age requirement and comply with all applicable laws in your location. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Kleet is legal where you are.

Your account

You sign in through Auth0 (Google or another identity provider). You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@kleet.ai and we’ll help.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Kleet offers a free tier and paid tiers (Plus and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation.You can cancel any time from your account settings. After cancellation you keep access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds.We don’t issue automatic refunds for past charges. If you believe your situation warrants one (for example, you were charged after attempting to cancel, or the service was unavailable for an extended period), email support@kleet.ai and we’ll review case-by-case.

Price changes.We may change subscription prices over time. We’ll give you at least 14 days’ notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your account, so you have a chance to cancel first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kleet for anything illegal, or in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Try to break, probe, reverse-engineer, or overload the service (including the agent or its tools), or attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting.
• Use Kleet to generate content that is harassing, defamatory, or designed to deceive others.
• Scrape or republish substantial portions of Kleet’s output as your own product.
• Share your account credentials, or use Kleet on behalf of someone else without authorization.
• Connect a fantasy league account you don’t have permission to access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI output and sports analysis — not advice

Kleet uses AI to analyze sports data, odds, and fantasy information. AI can be wrong, biased, or out of date. Kleet’s output is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Any decision you make based on Kleet — including but not limited to placing bets on third-party sportsbooks, drafting fantasy lineups, or making roster moves — is your responsibility alone.

Kleet does not facilitate, accept, or place bets. If you choose to gamble through a third-party sportsbook, do so only where legal, only with money you can afford to lose, and seek help if gambling becomes a problem (US: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER).

Third-party services

Kleet integrates with third-party services including Auth0, Stripe, Anthropic, Tavily, Firecrawl, Google Analytics, and the fantasy platforms ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, including the odds, stats, and league data they provide.

Intellectual property

Kleet (the software, branding, design, and content we create) is owned by Kleet and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Kleet for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your chat messages, preferences, and fantasy league connections). You grant us a license to store and process that content as needed to operate the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@kleet.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if you fail to pay, or if we’re required to by law. On termination, your right to use Kleet ends; provisions that should reasonably survive termination (such as the disclaimers and limitation of liability below) will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Kleet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Kleet will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) Kleet — including any losses related to wagers placed with third-party sportsbooks or fantasy outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Kleet is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Kleet against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of Kleet, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to Kleet will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Kleet after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
