Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Kleet (“Kleet”, “we”, “us”) is a sports intelligence platform operated from Pennsylvania, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and app, why we collect it, and how we handle it. If anything here is unclear, email support@kleet.ai.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum we need to run the service.

  • Account info. When you sign in with Google or another provider through Auth0, we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and a unique Auth0 identifier.
  • Subscription info. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe handles your payment and we store your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and your current plan tier. We never see or store your card details.
  • Chat content.Messages you send to the Kleet agent, and the agent’s responses, are stored so you can revisit past conversations.
  • Usage data. We log which AI model handled each request, how many tokens it used, and the resulting cost, so we can meter usage against your plan.
  • Fantasy league data. If you connect an ESPN, Yahoo, or Sleeper league, we store the league name, settings, your user ID on that platform, and (for ESPN and Yahoo) the credentials needed to read your league on your behalf.
  • Preferences. Things like your theme choice and preferred sportsbook.
  • Analytics. Our marketing site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard data like pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, and device type.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve Kleet.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To meter usage, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
  • To respond when you contact support, and to send essential account or service emails.
  • To understand how the marketing site is performing (via Google Analytics).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your chat content or fantasy league data to train AI models.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers required to run Kleet. Each one is contractually bound to handle data on our behalf.

  • Auth0— handles login and identity.
  • Stripe— processes subscription payments.
  • Anthropic— provides the Claude models that power the Kleet agent. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
  • Tavily and Firecrawl— used by the agent to search and read the open web when your query requires it. They see the search queries and URLs the agent generates, not your personal account.
  • ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper — only contacted if you choose to connect a fantasy league. The agent uses your stored credentials to read league data from these platforms.
  • Google Analytics — receives standard web analytics from our marketing site.
  • Render— hosts our backend, frontend, and databases.

We may also disclose information if we’re legally required to (e.g. a valid subpoena), or if we sell or transfer the business — in which case we’ll notify you first.

Cookies

We use cookies for two things: keeping you signed in (via Auth0’s session cookie), and Google Analytics on the marketing site. You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information, chat history, and league connections from our active database promptly (typically within a few business days, processed manually at this stage). Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten, and we may retain limited records (e.g. payment receipts) where required for tax or legal compliance.

Your rights

You can:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Disconnect any fantasy league you’ve connected.
  • Opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@kleet.ai from the address tied to your account. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, typically a few business days.

If you’re a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these requests via the same email above.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted-at-rest databases, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and will notify affected users if we ever experience a breach involving personal data.

Children

Kleet is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we’ll delete the account.

International users

Kleet is operated from and intended for users in the United States. If you access Kleet from outside the US, you understand your data will be processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Kleet after an update means you accept the revised policy.
